Harvard Alumni Entrepreneurs is a volunteer-managed non-profit organization with 22 Chapters worldwide, connecting over 18,000 Harvard alumni, faculty, students, and friends from across the University and around the globe.

This week, we start Module 1: Discovery. This session focuses on understanding the fundamentals of entrepreneurship, including the various phases of the entrepreneurial journey and the essential skills and traits of successful entrepreneurs.

Up next is Module 2: The Market. This session will help entrepreneurs deeply understand their target market to build a strong foundation for their business. It covers how to assess overall market demand using frameworks like TAM, SAM, and SOM.

We'll continue with Module 3: Traction. This session explores how to build a compelling product or service with clear value propositions and a strong end-to-end user experience.
